As a fully qualified massage therapist, personal trainer and training physiotherapist; i offer a variety of
services to assist my clients in training, relaxation and recovery.
Research proves that massage has many benefits to a persons physical and mental well being. I use a variety of
different techniques to meet the needs of a variety of different people with different requirements. I offer relaxing,
soft massages which relieve muscle tension caused by everyday life. I also offer deep tissue massages which relieve
muscle injuries, areas of stiffness and areas of fatigue caused by training.
I also offer personal gym instruction and training programmes to allow individuals to get the most out of their training.
